EDITORIALS

The avenue focuses on bringing forth issues in society- personal as well as interpersonal- into light, through various means such as informal discussions about books, movies, documentaries and other forms of art as well as providing a platform for expression of such art. It also aims to gather the achievements, progress and highlight the efforts of the club through the monthly newsletters.

JAM IT

Our aim was to hold an academic event, JAM It!, to help students prepare for upcoming exams. Participants would speak on various subtopics for a minute, simulating a VIVA without the stress. The goal was to boost morale and confidence, easing their worries about exams and VIVAs.

THE MEDICREW GAZETTE

The Medicrew Gazette was a monthly publication featuring articles, news, and stories on community events and current affairs. It included interviews, games, and lifestyle tips, aiming to inform and engage readers while reflecting the community's interests and concerns.

PROJECT GOONJ: THE ECHOES OF US

Our first ever offline editorials event aimed to create a safe space for an open mic, where participants from all backgrounds could share their thoughts and feelings without judgment. We wanted to encourage first-time speakers to express themselves and connect with others, fostering a sense of community and mutual understanding.

KODAKING THROUGH THE LENS

It is a monthly photography event that nurtures creativity and captures raw emotions. It offers med student photographers a platform to showcase their talent, learn, and connect with fellow enthusiasts.

ANIMATIVE WRITING:

Our event aimed to spark creativity among medical students by challenging them to craft unique horror stories without relying on common tropes like AI, sci-fi, psychopaths, or the paranormal. We wanted to give them a break from their rigorous studies and let their imaginations run wild.
